In 2011 / 2012 Christmas & New Year holidays are the 2 weeks commencing Saturday 24th December.
Cleaning is charged at €50 and a refundable deposit of €150 is required, which will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday. 25% of the full cost of your holiday accommodation is required on booking, with the full balance due 28 days before your holiday starts.
We can accept payment by bank transfer in Euro, GBP and Australian dollars and by cheque in GBP.
We can also accept credit cards via Paypal
We are sorry, but pets are NOT allowed and we'd be grateful if you only smoke outside the apartment.
