In June, July and August the minimum stay is 7 nights, and changeover day is Sunday, but the rest of the year it is 3 nights and we can be more flexible on arrival and departure dates. All prices are shown in Euros.

In 2009/2010 Christmas & New Year holidays are the 2 weeks commencing Sunday 20th December 2009. In 2010 the Easter holiday is the 2 weeks commencing Sunday 28th March.
Cleaning is charged at €50 and a refundable deposit is required of €150, which will be returned to you within 2 weeks of the end of your holiday. 25% of the full cost of your holiday accommodation is required on booking, with the full balance due 28 days before your holiday starts.
We can accept payment by bank transfer in Euro, GBP and Australian dollars and by cheque in GBP.
